Tuition/Teaching Experience: I have 9 years of full-time experience in teaching Maths. I specialise mainly in Sec A/E Maths and JC H2/H1 Maths. I have also taught Maths for University entry for foreign scholar, IB Maths, Business Maths in SIM (S'pore Institute of Management), Senior Math Olympiad (SMO) in Sec schools. I hold a Maths Honours Degree and a Post-Grad Diploma in Psychology. I am able to explain complicated theory in simple terms, and I am able to motivate students to excel and adapt my teaching method according to students' ability. I had helped a student from Hwa Chong JC who had ungraded failure in his 1st year exam, but got a 'A' in his 'A' level exam. I had also taught many students who failed in their school Prelim Exams but managed to get a A in the 'O' level exam. Plus many more successful cases.

Commitment / Other Details: I am a full-time tutor. I am able to teach at weekday day time hours. I am committed and it's my pleasure to see students improve after my coaching.
For group tuitions, the class is held at my residential unit, next to the Bendemeer Sec School. The timing can be arranged.

Secondary 4 A Maths
Course Description:
The purpose is to stimulate interest in Maths through group participation and peers learning.

Students' proficiency in the subject will be assessed and the course will be tailored to suit students of different capability. Those who are weak in foundation will be given exercises to build their foundation and gradually progress to higher level of difficulty.

The course will provide tips for each topic; some of the common mistakes will be highlighted. Students will be guided to recognise the different pattern of the questions for each topic.

Students will be trained on the thinking and analytical skills. They will also learn to write important notes for themselves and to prepare them for the 'O' level the following year.

Exercises and exam papers from some of the top schools will be provided. The progress will be monitored and improvement at the end of the year is to be ensured.
