Commitment / Other Details: I am currently working as a full-time private tutor and I am able to start immediately.

Rapport Building: After tutoring for a few years, I can communicate easily with students and I am confident in motivating them to do well. On top of giving and marking students' work, I communicate with their parents frequently so as to better understand their children and how I can help my students better.

Keeping Up with Curriculum: I have a few close friends who are currently teaching in schools and we often chat about out teaching experiences. By doing so, I am able to keep myself updated with the curriculum. Sometimes, my students will also share with me about the recent changes in their schools. Reading the news is also a way for me to learn about the changes in education policies.

As a Good Tutor: As a tutor, I strongly believe that every student is different, in terms of the goals they set as well as their learning abilities and habits. Thus, I aim to adopt different methods and try to find out which is the most suitable method for each of them. A good tutor should also be motivational and should always encourage their students to do their best.
