Tutoring Subjects

Commitment / Other Details: I am able to start the tutoring with effect from now and will be able to commit to the tuition assignment until September 2018.

Keeping Up with Curriculum: I will revise my past textbooks, notes and worksheets to ensure mastery of content, and I will also practise past questions so that I know the tricks and tips of applying knowledge to solve problems.

As a Good Tutor: I believe in the value of professionalism, and believe that it is my duty and responsibility to ensure that the tutee learn as much from the tuition hours. I will strive my best to tailor the lesson to the tutee, and will be patient in explaining concepts and questions. Back when I was in school, I always helped classmates and friends who struggled academically and understand how different students might have different subject inclinations, therefore developing empathy and patience. I have also picked up skills on how to teach effectively and explain concepts to others. Last but not least, in the past, I have compiled my own notes; Hwa Chong Institution also provided wholesome notes. I believe that I will be able to use these resources to enhance and better structure the tuition lesson.
