As a small and nimble start-up, we had been able to improve our operations rapidly since our establishment in 2008. As a tuition agency, it is our goal to 'sell' our tutors responsibly to our clients. While the role of a tuition coordinator is telesales in nature, you will handle only hot/live leads and will never have to do cold calling. However, the job is suitably challenging as you get to interact with customers from all walks of life, right from the comfort of your sales desk.
