I left teaching only earlier this year, thus and still updated about the latest changes. Also, I have friends who are still teaching and who are able to update me of further changes.
As a Good Tutor
As a good tutor, especially a language tutor, I think it's important to get the student interested in the language itself. Only when the child is interested in the language would the child be able to excel in it and be motivated to do even better. I think it's also important that a tutor is patient and does not put the student down.
