I taught Biology and English at Secondary Level for 4 years. I also have 10 years of experience in giving 1 to 1 tutoring and in a small group setting at tuition centres. I am results driven and my satisfaction comes from seeing students improve in their grades. I understand that a student's performance is inevitably tied to their attitude as well as home environment and I am dedicated to understanding why the students cannot perform before applying the necessary strategy to help the student improve.
