Rapport Building
I'm generally known to have a good bond with the people around me, which includes me being sociable and friendly. Thus making my student comfortable with me will not be much of a problem. Having a good rapport with one another will instill a form of trust and respect, which in turn allow my student to be more focused and interested during lessons. Therefore, i'm sure to build a bond with he/she gradually.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
As a Good Tutor
As a good tutor, trust and confidence on your tutee is very important. In my opinion, i feel that instilling positive vibes to your student will allow he/she to have a better self esteem and confidence to put in the effort and do well. Therefore, words of encouragement and motivation will do the work. On top of that, being prompt and punctual is equally important too, so as to create a good impression. Also, to be well versed in whatever subject the tutor is teaching. If a tutor doubts himself/herself frequently, the student will start to lose trust which will then affect the tutor-tutee relationship.
