Love teaching children. Currently teaching English to preschool students (project by MOE). 15 years as a preschool teacher and prior to that, 10 years as a private home tutor (P1-6; Sec 1/2).

Rapport Building
I am friendly and give a listening ear to students and parents whenever required. Paying attention to student's social and emotional needs too as stressed out students are unable to learn. It is perfectly fine for me to stay after tuition to play a while with my student. I update parents after every tuition session.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I follow news updates on happenings to the school system and curriculum and browse MOE's portal to stay abreast of happenings. Reading latest assessment books and workbooks also informs me of changes to the curricula.
