Commitment / Other Details
I am able to start in November. I will be able to help you with a holiday "catch-up programe for mathematics.
Rapport Building
I am an avid learner as I myself was a weak student in school until I learned how to study smart. This way, I was able to teach myself to develop useful skills to catch up in previously difficult subjects ike Mathematics.
I enjoy reading, playing basketball, and playing video games to releive stress.
I will ensure that my student's progress is shared with the parent, so that we may all work together to better support the student.
Additionally, I aspire to be a teacher in the future!
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I visit the official MOE website to keep myself updated with the syllabus. I even purchase Ten-Year-Series books to read up about the various topics tested.
As a Good Tutor
Patience: We must understand that we were all once in the shoes of te student, and just because they do not understand one method delivery, it does not mean that they do not understand the tiopic at all. We just have to switch up our approach.
Discipline: The commitment needed to be a tutor is unique. We have to continue to work at home where we analyse the students' work and bring this feedback to them when we hold our next lessons.
