I am a pretty open person, and will let students know if they need improvement in their attitude. In the end, like parents, I mean well for the students as well - and I make sure to do my best in maintaining an open communication with the parent as well!

Through looking at textbooks and MOE requirements - though to be honest not much has changed through these few years.
As a Good Tutor
Listening to the needs of kids, and understanding how they think. Always asking questions to help them think better. Instilling good attitude - always try, don't give up, and believe that they can do it. Instill resilience.
