I am a generally very patient and easy going person so it is usually very easy for me to be on good terms with my tutees. I will get to understand their standards through previous results and get to know the reasons behind their results.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
Before every single class, I will make sure i read up their syllabus before going over to start a lesson to ensure 100% familiarity with whatever i am supposed to teach. i will get to know the respective students' curriculum in school too by keeping track of their works accordingly.
