I also browse through the syllabus documents and past year papers to see how the contents change so that I can adapt my teaching to better fit my students' requirements.

I believe a good tutor must be able to provide a fresh perspective and a detailed explanation targeted to the students' needs to help them clear their doubts and better understand the concepts mentioned in class. We should also provide additional guidance according to their weaknesses and help them improve and overcome them.
