I am able to commit every friday night (pm-9pm). Weekdays are possible but it depends very much on my schedule

Trust. I believe in building a friendship with the students and their parents first. As the friendship grows, I would want them to believe that his or her children are able to excel in their studies and to cultivate a positive attitude towards studying.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
1. Get myself textbooks/workbooks that are up to date
2. Check with school teachers on the current syllabus that they are teaching and learning (for the students)
3. Read and study ahead of what the students are learning so when the time comes, I am ready to teach, explain and give them the proper steps to solve the question.
