I will be there 15 mins before the first class to discuss goals/aims/etc with the learners and/or their parent(s). After each lesson, I will put aside 5 to 15 mins of my own time to update the parent(s) as well. Rapport with students will built in class through the occasional game style lessons.

Reading and doing the test papers myself.

Learners before myself. It is not about how well I can execute or plan a lesson, it will always be about how much my student can take away from me. A good teacher can also inspire passion in the student for the subject.
