Well, usually having good communication with parents is key. At the end of every lesson, it is important to explain to the parent what are some of the area for improvements the student needs to improve upon. And also possibly suggest some methods the student can adopt to improve on their subjects. But of course, having good manners is also one of the key factors. As for students, it is even more important to explain what they have done wrong and how they can improve and avoid making the same mistakes again. It is important for them to learn with understanding and not just by memorising. Also, it is important to adapt to different style of teaching for students. If they have enquiries, they can always feel free to consult me at any time and I would be more than happy to help.

To have patience and to have a sense of passion in teaching. Not all students learn the same way so it is important to understand how each student learn and to be able to cater to the different learning curves.
