I am constantly refreshing and looking for school materials to keep my set of notes updated. I also frequently update my knowledge with MOE's guidelines, especially for JC syllabus which is hectic and messy.
As a Good Tutor
I believe every tutee has a chance to succeed and they must not be left in lurch. Everyone can understand concept, no one concept is too hard to understand. It is a matter of how you choose to impart the concept. Thus, I believe by giving more options to understand concepts will elevate the student's understanding and has been proven to work in my track record.
