Before every class, I would familiarise myself not just with the content of the topic to be taught, but would review how the examiners would set the questions and determine the best possible approach to tackling the exam questions
As a Good Tutor
A good tutor will be found when the tutor emphasises the understanding of the material, rather than the application of formulas. Afterall, the application of formulas may work for the current year but as the child progresses, it is fundamental that he understands why and how the formula works
