Rapport Building
I will usually have a session to review students performance and provide feedback on how parents are able to support the student. I will also spare 10minutes of each lesson to conduct a check-in with the student to find out more about their life so that I am able to know the best approach to assist the student. I am aiming for academic and holistic development over the various tuition sessions, which will aid the students in the long run, rather than just remembering the contents.
