I directly read the syllabus provided by Cambridge. Additionally, I look at the Ten Year Series to look at the common question types.
As a Good Tutor
A strong understanding of the content is a must. Being able to answer questions and relate it with something the student are already familiar with. I believe Patience and Empathy are imperative in letting students grasp difficult concepts at their own pace. Being able to think creatively in explaining concepts is fundamental as well.
