As a Good Tutor
Explanation has to be simple, work done has to be seen easy to keep students motivated. Use layman terms to explain before going into technical terms. Understand student's perspective - his/her method to absorb new knowledge before anything. This is so to find the best way to conduct the session in an effective manner. Practices must be done to achieve perfection. Patience is a basic virtue for every tutor.
