As for the parents, my target is if the student is currently failing that particular subject then i will try to bring the student from a fail to a pass firsts then progress on. If the student is getting Cs and Ds, i aim to bring it up two grades to As or Bs. If the student is aiming for an A strictly, then i would make sure that my student would get the A.

Keeping Up with Curriculum: I would get hold of the curriculum syllabus and understand the syllabus before teaching any student and i would get to understand what the student is weak in and improve on what they are weak in and leverage on what they are good at so as to increase the efficiency of study.
