        I am flexible as much as I can over duration, time and location. I will use computer notebook to carry out some lessons and arrangements can be made to accommodate group or one to one tuition.

        I keep in contact with students and parents via whatsApp. Through this, progress can be monitored. In my personal note, I register a brief summary over every session conducted. Similarly, by this mean, I can also track key learning over all the sessions carried out. This also serve as a way to remind students what have been done and what they may have failed to remember.

        Knowing feedbacks to parents are important, I will make it a point that they are aware of their children's strengths and weaknesses.
        Keeping Up with Curriculum
        I have communities of friends with primary and secondary schools. Through meetings and chat groups, I can constantly keep up with the things the schools teach and the knowledge the students should gain.

        With my involvements in adult educations, I can also be of help to inspire the students to dream beyond and appreciate their current curriculums in order to meet the future needs.
