Commitment / Other Details
- weekday evenings (after 8pm)

Rapport Building
- firstly, I would understand what are the student's difficulty with the subject and make sure to tell the student and parent what my teaching plan will be and what materials I would be giving them
- always ensure that the student is able to follow what I am teaching as well as give the parent an update of his/her progress in the subject to make sure that the parent knows what I am doing and that I am trustworthy
Keeping Up with Curriculum
- as I have just graduated for junior college, I am extremely familiar with the syllabus for all the subjects that I have studied (especially for Economics and Geography)
- for secondary school, I would read through the syllabus for the subject and ensure that I cover every single topic that is in the syllabus
As a Good Tutor
- I think that a good tutor is a patient tutor, who does not get angry at the student despite the student having the chance of not being to understand the topic
- as a tutor, it is also important to be hardworking and diligently prep class materials such as notes and extra practices so as to avoid being messy and unorganised during the lesson itself and able to feel accomplished when class goals are being met
- furthermore, a good tutor is also one that understands the student's progress and always checking in to ensure that the student is following the lesson well and ensure that he/she is not lagging behind and having absolutely no idea what the tutor is saying
