Commitment / Other Details: With me as a tutor I would ensure that I can bring out the best of potential in my students to the best of my abilities. I would see that they make gradual improvements and that they enjoy the lesson.

Rapport Building: I would ensure that I remain contactable as much as possible and also seek to understand my student strength and weaknesses. By comprehending their weaknesses, I would be able to assess them better and at the same time help them to acknowledge that it is alright to have these weaknesses as long as it is ironed out. I would always communicate with the student's parents to enable them to keep up to date with their child progress under my tutoring.

As a Good Tutor: Good tutors should always be responsive when their students are in need of help and they should be able to help identify the students weaknesses over time. They should also be understanding and patience as every student have different speed at which they pick up new knowledge so they should not be rushing their students to absorb new materials. A good tutor should also be able to be strict and lenient with their students at appropriate timing so as to allow the students to understand that they are their friends but at some point of time when work needs to be done they should listen and not constantly be too friendly with the tutor.
