Keeping Up with Curriculum: Besides understanding curriculum through textbooks, I also look at topical assessments and look for wide range of assessments including past year papers.

As a Good Tutor: Patience and effective listening skills - I found listening to students and providing them 1-1 support is effective to build their confidence. I hope they can look back at tuition with joy and not feel like it's a dreadful time as a child.
