Rapport Building: I believe in encouraging student to motivate them to learn. I try and understand what they like and rewrite maths problem based on their topics of special interest. I give periodic update of student progress to parent

Keeping Up with Curriculum: I have a son in Secondary 3 and he is doing E and A Maths and a daughter two years older. Hence I am very in tune with the MOE Maths Syllabus.

As a Good Tutor: A good tutor looks into the long term needs of the student. Has to ensure they understand what they are learning. They need repeated practice to fully understand on how to apply the concept. Tutor may have to redesign difficult question with progressive introduction of concepts and methods. Good tutor need to ensure student form good habit and get them to show working of their work.
