Rapport Building
I communicate a lot with the student and also their parents, not only during lesson time but also through Whatsapp. Eg. if student needs help with work I will answer questions promptly. I also maintain a good relationship with students' parents by constantly updating them with how their child is performing for the subject.

I constantly try to keep myself updated with the latest curriculum by checking MOE syllabus documents and also practicing latest exam papers from Cambridge and also our top local schools.
