Rapport Building
Not sure what is required here. Building rapport with student is about engaging them in their learning through encouragement and providing a "safe" environment for learning. For parents, it is about giving feedback to them on the progress of their child's learning and how they could support their child's learning.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
i have taught maths and science (chemistry, combined science - chem and phy) for 12 yrs. Then developed science textbooks followed by working with curriculum and teaching/learning resources.
As a Good Tutor
To think of ways to ensure effective learning. Firstly to identify their difficulties and gaps, then to decide what they should learn first and their pace too. Often there is a need to decide how to 'strategies' their learning plan.
