Keeping Up with Curriculum: I have had a fair share of experience in both Pre-school (2 years) and School based student care (5 years).

I have been a lead teacher for N1 class and K2 classes before.

For student care, I have had a fair share of experience in that journey with different age groups and students from different backgrounds.

In school based student care we concentrate more on their holistic developments and academic.
We as student care teachers, conduct curriculums, supervise their school homework and also have their weekly spelling test conducted based on their school timetable.

However, I have always focused on their language, and to be more responsible and discipline when it comes to one's academic. I have trained students for competition such as Story telling, Cup stacking, Spelling bee, Debate competitions. Many of them has won the first prize for these competitions.

I also encourage students and introduce the "Word of the day" whereby they will be introduced to a new word daily that could help them to learn and explore more of such words that could be helpful for their school work/examinations.
