      I have 10 years of tutoring O level Physics, Chemistry, EMath, AMath, 2 years of teaching at my tuition centre. I hold a Dip in Education, BSc with 2nd class Honors, and won a book prize for being the most outstanding student in university Mathematics in NIE. I taught PSLE Science and Math at Nan Hua Pri Sch from 2009-2014. I am now teaching students from top sec and pri schools.

      I read very widely. My overseas trips involved Sciences such as Astronomy Science, Botany Science, Earth Science, Life Science, etc. I have a huge library of Science and Math resources, plus other general knowledge stuff such as novels, non-fiction, travel, nature, education, references, music, sports, boardgames.       Travelling dates for 2018 are April 3 to 19, and another one in November. I am dedicated and punctual. I don't like skipping lessons unnecessarily.

      I usually encourage students to read, not just materials given by the school, but outside the school as well. I have a huge and rich source of what I teach, and my room is getting crowded with all these! I do chat with parents about their kids' progress and give tips on how they can help their kids even on the non academic side.

      I am an ex school teacher, and set test/exam papers for upper primary every year. Thus I have all the updated syllabus.
      As a Good Tutor
      Having taught more than 16 years at many places, I have mastered the art of being patient. I love to read, I love to do research, I have a quest for knowledge, thus I have so much to share with my students and apply these knowledge in my teaching. My past educational overseas trips have also enrich me in the area of Sciences. I am a very punctual person and I don't like skipping lessons. I am also very much into sports (also previously a PE teacher) and rollerblading which many students often ask me on how to keep fit.

          I'm mostly a very friendly and bubbly person who is able to communicate my ideas across efficiently. I'm able to connect easily with those younger than myself and be able to teach them more about the subject on a common plane. I think it is crucial that there is a good relationship between the student and tutor. This is to truly engage and motivate the student to see the subject past what it is, and for what it symbolizes. Every subject has a role to play in society and for students to see it as more than just a subject is the first step to pique their interest and to push them towards mastering the subject.
