When I shifted from Hougang to Toa Payoh, 90% of the parents from my home tuition wanted their child to continue with me, despite the travelling distance, though most of them residing in Punggol, Seng Kang, Buangkok & Hougang area. This owed very much to my high commitment in teaching, mutual trust & understanding between parents & I.

Tuition/Teaching Experience: I focus on English for both Primary and Secondary school students. I start with the basics, especially for students who are weak in foundation areas eg: grammar and Comprehension. I don't believe in giving the correct answers to students or simply marking their work. I would expect them to explain why they think they've made a mistake and have them correct themselves, if they're able to. I explain why a certain word is used for a blank in cloze passages by pointing out the clues or inferences which can lead a student to come up with the right word.
