      For the past 2 years, I have worked in a local airline and served as a Vice-Head in Knowledge Development to 20 people. As there were many examinations and tests throughout the year, this position gave me the opportunity to tutor and guide my fellow colleagues in areas that they were struggling with, in order to pass the important examinations. These areas include the application of Mathematics and Physics theories and how they relate to the world of aviation.
      Besides teaching experiences in a workplace environment, I have tutored my cousin in Mathematics for O levels in 2019. She went from a C6 to an A2.
      Due to COVID, I have since lost my job and am currently continuing my studies as an undergraduate, studying Marketing. This further strengthens my knowledge in Economics and Mathematics. I hope to be able to share the useful knowledge, tips and tricks that I have gathered throughout my years of studies with my fellow students. My goal is to be able to pique an interest for learning and to nurture a curious mind for knowledge.

                I only left the service 2 years ago and I still am up to date with the current Geography and English Literature syllabus. I am also still in contact with ex-colleagues who give me updates on curriculum changes.

                A good tutor should be customize their lessons to help target a student's weakness and to push them further in the areas they excel in where possible. At the same time, the students should be able to find some enjoyment in their lessons and want to know more. I have experience with a range of students of different abilities and interests so I believe I am able to tailor my sessions to help them do their best to perform well for the national examinations.
