Well, usually having good communication with parents is key. At the end of every lesson, it is important to explain to the parent what are some of the area for improvements the student needs to improve upon. And also possibly suggest some methods the student can adopt to improve on their subjects. But of course, having good manners is also one of the key factors. As for students, it is even more important to explain what they have done wrong and how they can improve and avoid making the same mistakes again. It is important for them to learn with understanding and not just by memorising. Also, it is important to adapt to different style of teaching for students. If they have enquiries, they can always feel free to consult me at any time and I would be more than happy to help.

          As a undergraduate, someone who is younger, I am able to related closely with my students and help them to increase their interest in the subject to help to improve their results. Also, since I am of a age closer to my students, I am able to deliver a more effective way to study better as I am still studying currently and can experiment on the different ways to learn effectively so that I can teach my students as well so that my students can be learning at ease. Furthermore, as my student, due to the small age gap, my students can talk to me at ease as the topics are more relatable and from there, I can build trust with my students and find out the root problem of my students. Also, I can be the bridge between the student and parents and deliver what and how my students are struggling with and get understanding from the parents.
