I'm generally known to have a good bond with the people around me, which includes me being sociable and friendly. Thus making my student comfortable with me will not be much of a problem. Having a good rapport with one another will instill a form of trust and respect, which in turn allow my student to be more focused and interested during lessons. As a Good Tutor
As a good tutor, trust and confidence on your tutee is very important. In my opinion, i feel that instilling positive vibes to your student will allow he/she to have a better self esteem and confidence to put in the effort and do well. Therefore, words of encouragement and motivation will do the work. On top of that, being prompt and punctual is equally important too, so as to create a good impression. Also, to be well versed in whatever subject the tutor is teaching. If a tutor doubts himself/herself frequently, the student will start to lose trust which will then affect the tutor-tutee relationship.

    I am available anytime in the day from Dec 2020 onwards as my A level will finished by then. I am able to conduct online tuition for many months depending on tutee's requirement.

    Before lesson: set assignments so that we won't waste time doing the papers during class
    During lesson: Go through lessons/ give advices and feedbacks/ do class test
    After lesson: leave personalized notes and assignments for the students

    For parents: Prefer to have a contact of the parents so that the parents can make sure that the assignments are done, and also to feedback the student's progress to the parents as well.
    Keeping Up with Curriculum
    I will not rush the syllabus. Instead, I will make sure the student has built a strong foundation before proceeding on. However, I will still make sure the students are prepared for the school exams and keep up with class.

And also possibly suggest some methods the student can adopt to improve on their subjects. But of course, having good manners is also one of the key factors. As for students, it is even more important to explain what they have done wrong and how they can improve and avoid making the same mistakes again. It is important for them to learn with understanding and not just by memorising. Also, it is important to adapt to different style of teaching for students. If they have enquiries, they can always feel free to consult me at any time and I would be more than happy to help.
