Rapport Building: I have excellent verbal communication skills and I am confident when speaking with parents.I take time to understand and address their concerns. I am bubbly, spontaneous and jovial around children and always manage to build a superb rapport with my students. I record their birthdays and buy them a small gift and I use motivational stamps\stickers when marking. I believe children thrive on encouragement.

Keeping Up with Curriculum: I have 2 boys whom I have taught all the way, for every subject. My elder boy is already in Sec 2 but the younger one is in Primary 4. Thus, I am aware of the changes in the curriculum.
